Purchased 2 onesies for a present back in April. Told it would be here by May 5th. Wasn't told until after I ordered that they'd come from the States with no tracking provided. Finally got a customs Dec number but unable to find it anywhere. Contacted them and asked what they would do. Said they coukd resend without a tracking number, or I could get a refund, or get it set International Express Freight for an extra $48. That would make the total cost for 2 onesies over $100. A week ago I asked for a refund. Still no sign of it. Very disappointed with this company.
Like most other reviews you will read here, I too ordered a shirt from spreadshirt on May 15th. I was sent a FedEx tracking number however, my package number seems to be linked to 2 orders being tracked - 1 that has been "in transit" in Newark NJ since May 21 and one that has been "in transit" in Mirabel Quebec since June 10! I live in Ontario! When I reached out to customer service, no one responds. It has been 5 days already. Be warned - stay away and save your money!

Do not buy from them. We have been waiting for over 5 weeks and no item and company will not provide a tracking number. Customer service keeps saying well if you don't receive your order on such a date then please contact us and they never do anything to answer our questions or even care that we don't have item because they have our money already.
Very fast order processing exceeded my expectations, however the video demonstrated state-of-the-art screening process that is intended to provide exceptional graphic and print quality. The images screened onto the T-shirt and cap I received were quite dull and not consistent with the hype. The biggest disappointment however is with the placement of the screened image on the front chest of the shirt. It's 5.5 inches from the neckline and would be so much more attractive 2 inches higher.
The hat is of good quality; however, the logo is incredibly small and low quality print which was very disappointing. The wording is not readable without a magnifying glass.

I'm sending the message in reference to order #11812074. I've called twice about this order, once before it shipped and spoke with someone named Mahogany. I explained to her twice, once before it shipped, that the shipping address is incorrect and if we can correct it before it ships. Instead of helping me solve my problem she provided me with details already previously stated instead of providing me a solution for this order. The order arrived at my residence instead of the intended shipping address, as what I tried to prevent by speaking with Mahogany.
After receiving the order I reached out to customer service again, and again it was Mahogany who answered.
I explained to her the situation and once again she re-read the shipping details previously stated again, instead of helping me resolve my shipping issue. I explained to her that the order needed to go to another address and again she replied that "it arrived where it was supposed to" instead of providing me a solution.
I explained to her that if we didn't fix the shipping address I'd have to cancel this specific order and she replied back with "you can do whatever you want."
I called back and spoke to a gentleman named Matt who was more proactive in helping me solve my shipping issue. I also requested that I be connected to Mahogany's supervisor, someone named Megan, who hasn't returned my call. As of writing this I haven't received any further shipping details regarding my customer's order and as a result I filed a dispute with my credit card company regarding this order.
I am very disappointed to have to write this and also I will be sharing on Yelp, google, and any other social media platforms the attitude and service approach this company has with me, someone who partnered (or so I thought).
Logo printing quality was very low and logo was place on the center when we wanted on a conner
Was not happy I ordered 3 sweatshirts for 130 bucks and when they got here they were paper thin and cheap made will never buy from here again
Needs better ways to edit the images but over all i love it n speedy delivery
Avoid at all costs. Well this one is on me. Should have done my homework. These over priced fruit of the loom tee-shirts for $18.00 bucks + $5.99 shipping. What a ripoff! Would be worth it if they used quality shirts and not some cheap colored underwear.

Mine were from NV to OR, order 10/27 as of 11/2 no product
